Glen Baxter, 27, who was having problems with his estranged wife Danica, 25, drove his SUV into a Tempe, Arizona lake and killed himself, his wife, and three children all under the age of four.

Surveillance footage captured the final moments of Baxter’s drive into the lake and have called the incident a murder-suicide.

A witness and police tried to rescue the children, but they were too late.

The Baxter’s had been separated for eight months and Danica was getting ready to serve Glenn with divorce papers.

Glen had the children at his house and had contacted Danica to come and get the children immediately. Danica meet Glen to secure the children and was enticed into Glen’s vehicle. Glen then speed off and ran the family into the lake. Some reports suggest Danica was unconscious before entering the lake, because it appears she made no attempts to escape the submerged vehicle.

Danica left Glenn because he was too controlling and treated parenting like boot camp. The children were not allowed to be children, one witness reported.
