In their latest attack Boko Haram killed ten civilians in Yaounde, Cameroon. Suicide bombers killed five members of the same family and then when on to kill five more people a couple hours later.

Last week Boko Haram killed at least six people when suicide bombers attacked the town of Fotokol.

2.3 million people are displaced as they flee regions infested with Boko Haram.

In 2014 Boko Haram overtook ISIS as the world’s deadliest terror group. According to the Global Terrorism Index Boko Haram was responsible for 6,644 deaths in 2014 alone.

In the last six years Boko Haram has killed an estimated 20,000 people in their attempt to create a caliphate or Muslim state.

Chadian and Nigerian troops are making some headway in ousting Boko Haram terrorists in their areas.
