Hello fellow GOW players. Normally I like to answer one question a week and really answer it in detail. However, I am getting so many questions I figured I better take a few extra questions this week. This is great news for GOW Thrill Seekers because the TTS Swag is flying out the door!

Lockeye asks: What do you think of the new dungeon?

I have to say I am always impressed with ZM on how they come up with new ways for players to spend money. In reality the dungeon is a variation of the casino. The graphics are cool in the dungeon. I really think the dragon looks badass and when you strike the dragon it looks like lighting. Everyday a player gets a free attack. After that free attack is used up a player has to get their checkbook out to get more dark energy to continue to strike the dragon.

I have never seen the prizes in the max attack mode. However, in normal mode the prizes are fairly lame. I have received a few gifts of gold in the 150 range, but these large hauls of gold are far and few between.

I don’t pay to play GOW. I have read on alliance chat from our larger alliance players that it is better deal to buy packs. In my humble opinion it’s not a good deal to spend any money on this game, but I am a minority in my miser like approach to the game.

Mosman asks: Is it worth it to donate to the alliance city?

Yes it is worth it to donate to the alliance city. My alliance is at full capacity and often makes cuts to allow new players to join. One of the factors the R4’s use to cut players is how much a player has donated to the alliance city.

I have a level 20 city and have long build times to upgrade everything. When I have long training, research, and building upgrade times I normally donate my extra reserves to the city. I get a kick out of helping the alliance city grow. Helping your alliance is the whole point of being in an alliance.

IceCold6 asks: Do you ever use the treasury?

Lol, no I never use the treasury because I have never had the 10,000 in gold to deposit. The only way I can stay in the game by not spending any money is constantly being shielded. To buy three-day shields I need 2,500 in gold. So I use all my gold for three-day shields and never have the 10,000 to deposit.

Looking at the rates of return in the treasury a 30-day certificate of deposit is 85% of the amount deposited. That is a super good rate of return. I sure wished it was that good at the local bank. I could see where a player that spends a lot of money on this game could work that rate of return to their advantage.

It is cool the treasury allows a player to remove their deposit before the certificate reaches full maturity. However, if a player takes their money out early they will not receive any earnings from the interest. The treasury could enforce a penalty for withdrawing funds before the certificate reaches full maturity like a real bank.

The stunningly detailed visuals and the available battle mechanics have in store for the beginners and for the veterans an endless fight which will never let you lay back. You can encounter your friends online, or contend for fame on the Capcom Pro Tour.

Gear yourself up in front of your platforms. You can play the game on PlayStation 4, Microsoft Windows, and Linux. A strategic partnership between Capcom and Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. offers a cross-platform play to the Street Fighter players that will unite the players in a centralized player base.

Storyline

Street Fighter V bridges the gap between Street Fighter III and Street Fighter IV, Shadaloo and M.Bison play important roles and set up a story for this series.

As its predecessors Street Fighter V is also a game of fight, in which two players use various stunts and techniques to defeat its opponent. Street Fighter III has introduced the feature of EX, which builds up as the player makes successful attacks which can be used for power ups,   special attacks or perform super combos called Critical Arts. An added feature in the game is the ’V- Gauge”, which builds up as the player receives attacks and adds three new techniques: V-Skills, V-Reversals, and V-Triggers-Skills are different for each fighter, depending on which fighter you are you may parry attack if you are Ryu but you will reflect projectiles if you are M.Bison.

In V-Reversal you can use a section of V-Gauge to perform a counter move when you are being attacked. You can use the entire V-Gauge for a V-Trigger to perform a unique ability, like hits to Chun-Li’s attacks. The Stun Meter from Street Fighter III has taken its place under the health bars in this version. The Stun Meter boosts if the player receives continuous attacks causing the player to be stunned once full, encouraging the player to play offensively when its opponents meter is full. Featuring interactive arenas, the game showcases special animations if a player loses in a certain part of the arena.

Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: India- Get Ready To Explore Indian History

Packed with mysteries and loads of action, the Assassin’s Creed Chronicles is a trilogy that is gearing up to become one of the most popular game trilogies. The release of Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: China in April, 2015 met with huge success and left gamers wanting for more. As new protagonists enter the franchise, the developers have given the game a different look when compared to most of the other games in the franchise. You will find yourself in a 2.5D world which is inspired by brush paintings, this is similar to the style used in Assassin’s Creed II: Discovery.

Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: India is set to be released on January 12, 2016. It will be followed by the release of Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: Russia on February 9, 2016. With these two games to look forward to, the year is unfolding pretty well for gamers who have enjoyed the Assassin’s Creed series.

Plot

While Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: China takes place in 1526, the Indian chronicles will take place in 1841 which is the time when the Sikh Empire was fighting the East India Company. The game follows the protagonist Arbaaz Mir in Amritsar. The events take place 2 years after the proceedings of the graphic narrative Assassin’s Creed: Brahman.

A Master Templar makes his appearance with a mysterious item which was a prized belonging of the Assassin Brotherhood. Arbaaz Mir is set to discover why the Master Templar has come and he must steal the item back. The item that is being talked about is the famed Kohinoor diamond. It is a powerful piece of Eden and the Assassin Order is intent on taking getting it back from the Master Templar.

The game is based on Arbaaz Mir’s attempt to get back the Kohinoor. He also has the task of protecting his mentor, Hamid as he tries to discover the Master Templar’s intentions. Arbaaz Mir also has a lover, Pyara Kaur who needs his protection while he tries to obtain the Kohinoor from the Master Templar.

Resident Evil: Origins Collection – Fear Revisited

Resident Evil 0 was released as a prequel to the 2002 Resident Evil. Both the games created ripples in the gaming community with its incredible graphics and outstanding fear-inducing atmosphere. The Resident Evil – Origins Collection combines Resident Evil 0 with Resident Evil in stunning HD graphics. With better sound, new controls and enhanced graphics, it is due for release on January 19^th, 2016 in North America and on January 22^nd in Europe.

What to Expect?

The old story gets a revamped look with better graphics and high resolution. Now you can play the game in the usual 4:3 and in the wider 16:9 screen as well. You will find this to be perfect if you are going to play the game in a wide screen TV. The game also introduces new controls. For those who prefer the traditional controls, Capcom gives you the option to play it with the old controls as well. You can achieve the perfect sound environment by setting the controls to match your needs.

New Features

A new game mode has been added which is known as the Wesker mode. Once you complete the game, the Wesker Mode is activated and you can then play as Wesker in his Resident Evil 5 incarnation. This new mode is amazing with Wesker’s outstanding abilities to take down enemies with ease.

Storyline

In the year 1998, an Umbrella owned train is attacked by a swarm of leeches. The city’s Special Forces division, Special Tactics and Rescue Services (STARS) is sent to investigate some unusual murders that have occurred in Raccoon city. Rebecca Chambers is a part of the six members of the team. On their way to the murder scene, their helicopter crash lands in a forest because of engine troubles.

The team finds an upturned prisoner transport vehicle and finds cruelly murdered bodies of police officers. A piece of document found on this site shows that a prisoner was being transported who was wanted for murder. The name of the prisoner is Billy Coen who is an ex-lieutenant. The team decides to split so that they can capture the murderer.

Rebecca set out alone to search the forest and finds the same train from earlier and enters to find zombies in it. She teams up with Billy Coen. The two are confronted by a strange man who had overseen the attack on the train by the leeches. A group of Umbrella soldiers are taking the train to an unknown location, but they are killed by an attack of leeches. Rebecca and Billy apply the brakes on the speeding train to avert the train from colliding with a building.

They find out that the abandoned building is a training facility for future executives of Umbrella Corp which is a pharmaceutical company. The two find out that the founder of the facility, Dr. James Marcus, had been successful in discovering the Progenitor virus in 1960s and he had found it to be capable of becoming a biological weapon. He used the virus to create the T-virus by combining it with leech DNA. The T-virus caused rapid mutations in living organisms leading to the creation of zombies and monsters.

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain- Packed With Excellent Features And Mature Themes

Metal Gera solid V: The Phantom Pain, the sequel of Metal Gera solid V: Ground Zeros was released on September 2015 and it received perfect review score from various publications upon its release. The gameplay is featured with several mechanisms, emotional power, and exploration of interesting mature themes is the reason that made it popular worldwide. The Metal gear series have always brought complex plots, interesting, unexpected twist and this sequel also maintained that tradition. The voice acting echo, top-notch cinematography and various extra ordinary characters will provide exact fun to the fans. This phantom story has a very little humor though you will get to face some elements in the world that will draw a chuckle.

The Phantom story is made up with a combination of historical events of the 80’s, some of the James Bond story and bit of sci-fi dressing. It comes with a variety of tools, though they are optional but are really varied and interesting that the players will want to try them at least once. They can be configured in multiple ways as well. Numerous weapons are there to choose and each of them brings some differences in the game. In case you are looking out for low recoil to use in the machine gun, you will get option for that also.

The Phantom Pain comes with two-fold mission. First, it requires you to build a military force that is completely free from any of narrow-minded world powers and secondly, destroy all those selfish minded-people who take advantage of the broken global politics. It lets you experience various sub plots as well such as child soldiers, torture and the human cost of nuclear explosion that are hardly seen in any other gaming.

Gameplay

The gameplay elements of this Meta Gear Solid V are very similar to the ground Zeros where the players are required to sneak from various points in the game avoiding the enemy guards. Here you will play the role of Bigg boss with a nickname “Venom Snake’ in the open environment.  Binoculars, pistols, assault rifles maps and explosives are carried by Bigg boss. The phantom pain urges players to grow across the game without killing and using any non-lethal weapons. Even you can traverse the game by making use of cars or tank along with travelling on foot or horseback. The players can call many companions such as Quiet, the silent female sniper featured with supernatural abilities, D-walker, D-dog whereas these companions’ ability and effectiveness will completely depend on the relation of them with the players.
